1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between the bjilive platform and all its members. By accessing the bjilive website or mobile app, registering, or using any of its services, you are considered to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Bjilive is an online gaming platform operating under an international gaming license, designed primarily for adult users in Bangladesh. We believe in responsible gaming and encourage all members to stay aware of their own limits.

Bjilive reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with bjilive, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old. bjilive reserves the right to verify your age at account registration or at any time.
• Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all of them will be closed.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false details may result in account termination.

• You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. Do not share it with anyone.

For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, bjilive may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or other identification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

The following rules apply when making a deposit on bjilive:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Maximum limits may vary depending on the payment method and account tier.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If you experience any issues, contact support within 24 hours.
• There are no additional fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted. Third-party payments are not permitted.

Bjilive adheres to a strict anti-money laundering policy. Accounts involved in suspicious transactions may be subject to verification, and relevant authorities may be notified if required.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from bjilive:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• BKash and Nagad transactions are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• To withdraw from your bonus balance, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.
• Multiple withdrawal requests can be made in a single day, but the total daily limit is determined by your account level.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bjilive offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members once only. After activating the bonus, the wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe.
• If wagering requirements are not met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously while one is already active, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Bjilive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses across multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

If bjilive determines that a member is misusing bonuses, it reserves the right to cancel those bonuses and investigate the account.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on bjilive:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled before it begins, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly. While bjilive strives to offer the most accurate odds possible, any bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.
• If a match remains suspended beyond the scheduled time, the relevant bet will be settled in accordance with our policy.
• With accumulator bets, a single losing selection results in the entire accumulator being lost.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjilive platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Misusing bonuses or promotions.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to defraud or harm other members.
• Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security systems.
• Engaging in money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.

If any of the above violations are proven, bjilive may permanently close the account and forfeit any remaining balance. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Bjilive may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violating the Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to respond to a KYC verification request.
• If suspicious transactions or activity are detected.
• If proof of being underage is found.
• If the member requests account closure themselves.

Members may close their account at any time by emailing support@bjilive.ws. Prior to closure, any valid balance will be available for withdrawal, unless it has been forfeited due to a rule violation.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Bjilive places the highest importance on protecting its members' personal information. Below is a summary of our data collection and usage policy:

• Information provided during registration is used solely for account management and service improvement purposes.
• All data is secured with SSL encryption.
